Whats a Hamachi? I saw it on a Runescape Private server, is it like a program that connects you to the server?

You can consider hamachi to be like the server's firewall bypass.
The server has a firewall which allows all people to be blocked off by it. But if you have hamachi on, you are allowed through that firewall. Basically connects you to the host address
