What does it say above the Donator Sign

I can't see the Banner above the Donator sign. All I see is a milimetre thick and about 15 milimetre high box. It looks like Blue and Red writing. But I can't see anything, only the little box, I told Pili but he didn't help me. Can anyone else?

No? Everyone else said they can see it fine. Not sure why you can't.

Not sure, since it is working perfectly fine and no one else has problems with it. Refresh page?
